Thanks for sharing Benjamin. As I was reading I thought about Tim Ferriss's Four Hour Work Week/Body, etc. Then you mentioned him. It's so much easier said than done to stick to all of this but, man, it makes the day go by so much more productively when we are able to use our time wisely.
